Freelance Whales has recently released a new, collaborative benefit EP. All net proceeds aid victims of the earthquakes in Japan. The album boasts 8 tracks including remixes by Ra Ra Riot and our own Peter Wade on track #1 “Hannah.”

Brooklyn indie rock buzz band, Translations, stopped in at WonderSound and became the first full band to record live in the new space. In a whirlwind session, Translations belted out their song “Push” through sticks and strings, amps and microphones, and onto 16-track analog tape.
WonderSound has a new home base in the heart of the East Village, NYC.
WonderSound latest riddim project “Tip Pon Toe” has leaked to the internet. Named after Rihanna’s scorching version (penned by Peter Wade and Angela Hunte (who also penned “New York” for Alicia Keys and Jay-Z)), the “Tip Pon Toe” riddim also features wicked versions from Spragga Benz, Shelene, Don Rey and Stamma Ramma and is now voicing additional artists.
