“Not Tonight,” the sixth track on Amara La Negra‘s recent Unstoppable EP, is a dark and stormy relationship tune drenched in heavy reggae vibes provided by WonderSound producer TRAPCHAT. The song was penned by TRAPCHAT and songwriter Andrea Martin (Leona Lewis, Whitney Houston, En Vogue) and tells the story of a frustrated woman who just can’t take anymore as she exclaims “you don’t need to make me cry, not when I’m feeling good, no no not tonight, am I making myself understood?”
“Not Tonight” is the second collab between Amara and TRAPCHAT – the first being dancehall smash “Balloons” off the same Unstoppable EP.
