Bridge: (MNDR)
I got a dick you got a dick
I got a clit you got a clit
We wastin’ time defining it
If you fine as fuck I fuck with it…

MNDR “Kimono”MNDR‘s new electro dance single “Kimono” is out now! This driving beat will push you forward right onto the dance floor and make you strut like a model, you know what I mean. This is fashion baby. You can vogue, you can pose and you can prance just as long as you remember that the emperor has no clothes… Let’s not take ourselves too seriously.
“Kimono” was written by MNDR, Peter Wade, David Gross, Patrik Berger and Pontus Winberg and produced by Peter Wade.
“Kimono” was used as the music behind the promo for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians TV show which then inspired an incredible spoof on the Ellen show – both of which you can check out below. More recently Balenciaga spoofed it again, see below below…
You can find “Kimono” at all the usual spots, iTunes, Spotify & SoundCloud but we recommend buying “Kimono” it at Bandcamp so you can blast it as you walk your own runway anytime you want.
VERSE 1:
cut close
but never too near
cuz who knows
what’s behind her veneer
PRE:
golden bronze and decadence
top it off with her fragrance
broken heel, so well concealed in her dance
ask for help but she’s indisposed
pull the silk and she’ll be exposed
now it seems that the emperor has no clothes
Chorus:
KIMONO
VERSE 2:
the door’s closed
and she’s disappeared
and now I propose
we take a souvenir
VERSE BRIDGE:
Never look back don’t turn around
tangled threads they come undone
never look back don’t turn around
cuz here we come, here we come, here we come
PRE/Chorus
golden bronze decadence
top it off with her fragrance
broken heel, well concealed in her dance
ask for help she’s indisposed
pull the silk she’ll be exposed
now it seems the emperor has no clothes
Chorus:
KIMONO

LYRICS “Go With It”
Follow my lead
Cause I’ve been here before
We’re close as family
And I won’t steer you wrong
You blame it on yourself
And I know how you wallow
And when it doesn’t go your way
You’ve got follow follow
Follow me me me me
Cause I’ve been hear before
We’re just like family
And I won’t steer you wrong
Steer you wrong
No I would never never never
No I would never never never
Ay oh Let it go
See the big picture explode
Like a light bulb let it unfold
Just go Go with it
Ay oh Let it go
See the big picture explode
Like a light bulb let it unfold
Just go Go with it
Just Go With It
Just Go with it
Just Let it Go
“Let Go”
You are golden
You are pure
You are golden, boy
Tell me
Your problems
I’m here for you
Just try to stay sober
It’s eating you
And they say you are a monster
But what I see is a child
Your eyes are glowing red
And your tongue has caught on fire
You’re pure
You are golden
You are pure boy
You are golden
So let go, let go of your fire
Let it go, let go of your fire
Live it up till we crash
In the smoke and the ash
let it go, let go of your fire
You play up to them
But they’re not around
Don’t be so rough with me
You are a gem
And they ask how i can love you when all they see is this
But i see things that you cant contain
And what it does to you
You’re pure…
“Go with it”
Follow my lead
Cause I’ve been here before
We’re close as family
And I won’t steer you wrong
You blame it on yourself
And I know how you wallow
And when it doesn’t go your way

“Always on the Mind”
Always on the Mind
Always on the Mind
Once gave me a hand in love
Reaching back in time
Echoes building up
I stumble in a sweat
Can’t shake the memories
Visions come alive
I’ll never forget
Your love, your love
Want to feel your touch
Grasping for a piece of you
I’ll never forget
Your love, your love
Keep holding on
To faded pictures in the afterglow
Always on the Mind
Always on the Mind
I open the can of worms
Don’t pay it no mind
Slipping in the grime
Hooked, hanging on your line
Caught inside this dream land
Takes me by surprise
I’ll never forget
Your love, your love
Want to feel your touch
Grasping for a piece of you
I’ll never forget
Your love, your love
Keep holding on
To faded pictures in the afterglow
Your love
I wander aimless
all by myself
beyond your safe touch
dreaming of the love I’m chasing
Let your mind go
Thoughts inside you choking up
Always right there
Your love, your love
Always on the Mind
Always on the Mind
Once gave me a hand in love
Reaching back in time
I’ll never forget
Your love, your love
Keep holding on to faded
Pictures in the afterglow
I’ll never forget
Your love, your love
Want to feel your touch
Grasping for a piece of you
I’ll never forget
Your love, your love
Keep holding on
To faded pictures in the afterglow
Always on the Mind
Always on the Mind
Always on the Mind
Always on the Mind
“Waiting”
Waiting
You sit there waiting
Running, but no one’s chasing
Dying for conversation
Waiting
Where do you go when you’re waiting?
Always waiting on somebody
What are you waiting for?
Welcome to your heartache
Welcome to your everyday today
Walk away, walk away
Get out of your way
Get out of your way
Always waiting on somebody
What are you waiting for?
Waiting
You sit there waiting
Calling in desperation
Sick of cancellation
Waiting
Where do you go when you’re waiting?
Always waiting on somebody
What are you waiting for?
Welcome to your heartache
Welcome to your everyday today
Walk away, walk away
Get out of your way!…..
Waiting
You’re still waiting
Always waiting on somebody
What are you waiting for?
“Stay”
Stay in love
I’d rather stay in love
I know my mind is made up
So what am I so afraid of
Stay with me
I’d rather you stayed with me
You can add it to the nights that we’ve stolen
Right here we can stay frozen
I can see the end but I’m holding
I can see the end but I’m holding
We move across the sand it’s building
Pressure on the glass I shatter
The burning in my heart (in my heart)
I’m aching aching
Stay
Wish I could stay in love with you
Add it to the nights that we’ve stolen
Right here we can stay frozen
Stay
Wish I could stay in love
You can blame it on the life that we’ve chosen
But right now we could stay frozen
Fade away
I’m not gonna fade away
If a crash is in our make up
Do we stay true or do we make it up (make it up)
Don’t let it fall away
I know that we’ve made, mistakes
You can blame it on the life that we’ve chosen
Right now we could stay frozen
I can see the end but I’m holding
I can see the end but I’m folding
Across the sand, we’re drifting
Pressure on the glass I shatter
The blood is on my hands, (on my hands)
I’m aching, aching
“Sparrow Voices”
He’s shining reflections of his soul
I touch a string, following, help the system grow
He’s not singing alone
Silent voices, holding in their place
Call the sirens, ring alarms, let the people know
Their not singing alone
Our uniforms only show
Oh, drop the arrows
No luck?
It’s the sparrow voices
Always here, never gone
It’s the same old song
Oh, drop the arrows
No luck?
It’s the sparrow voices
They keep singing along
We keep singing alone
Oh, oh, oh
It’s the sparrow voices
It’s the sparrow
She’s smiling only in her head
Stand up straight, fall in line, feel the system flow
She’s not singing alone
Royal god, a palace made of guards
Don’t cross the line, stay away
Behind the crystal guns
You’re not singing alone
Your dream’s already sold
Oh, drop the arrows
No luck?
It’s the sparrow voices
Always here, never gone
It’s the same old song
Oh, drop the arrows
No luck?
It’s the sparrow voices
They keep singing along
We keep singing alone
Oh, oh, oh….
Oh, drop the arrows
No luck?
It’s the sparrow voices
Always here, never gone
It’s the same old song
Oh, drop the arrows
No luck?
It’s the sparrow voices
They keep singing along
We keep singing alone
Oh, oh, oh….
It’s the sparrow voices
It’s the sparrow voices
It’s the sparrow voices
It’s the sparrow
